In this kitchen renovation, the patio was incorporated into the home to expand the kitchen and allow for an open vista to the lake beyond. My clients wanted the feel of their new kitchen to be contemporary but include elements of industrial style and artisan craftsmanship. The term they coined was Contemporary, Industrial Artisan... C.I.A. This space feels expansive and at the same time, warm.
